feat(highlight): Added zig highlighting support
Adapted the upstream highlight query to Lumen's supported capture set and added tests for config loading/basic highlighting.
Love the project. If there's anything else I should add please let me know. Newer to rust and most of the query conversion was done with the help of AI while creating the upstream repo that did baseline of queries.
