1.Talk to @BotFather to create a bot and get it's token on telegram.

2.Install Python 3.5 or higher on your PC.

3.Open command line,and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".

For Windows: Go to 'python folder'\Scripts\ Shift+right_click to open Command Shell here and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".

4.Edit config.json.

5.Add your bot to the channel as an admin

6.Start the python app and enjoy!
