#To USE:

1.Talk to @BotFather to create a bot and get it's token on telegram.

2.Go to https://pastebin.com/api to get your pastebin development API key.

3.Go to https://pastebin.com/api/api_user_key.html and get your pastebin user key.

4.Install Python 3.5 or higher on your PC.

5.Open command line,and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".

For Windows: Go to 'python folder'\Scripts\ Shift+right_click to open Command Shell here and type "pip install -r requirements.txt".

6.Start the bot once and edit config.json .

7.Start the python app and enjoy!
