Summary

Fixes #15382

Failed test execution due to trans-pilation/transform issues should be counted towards failed result for caching. The later caching would later help filtering out previously failed tests for re-execution when used with --onlyFailures CLI option.

Test plan

I've added new E2E test and updated existing unit tests for cacheResult function so acceptance criteria should be Green CI
