Describe the bug
Got "The & operator is reserved for future use" bug when choose "Create pull request" on Windows Terminal (Debian WSL)

To Reproduce

1. Open lazygit on Windows Terminal (Windows 11)
2. Go to Local branches
3. Press "o" to create a pull request (bitbucket)

Expected behavior
Open bitbucket's new pull request page on browser
