• Removed LXML (and potentially any of the quarantine issues)

Not really sure what the issue was but images seem too be showing up now on a clean install after the init process

Updates to support latest OSX release

• Removed lxml (shouldn't need the trust stuff anymore)
• Tested locally - seems to work
• I think there is a lot of "junk" (duplicate dependencies included) that needs to be trimmed down

For some reason the lxml library was being flagged by Catalina. This fix will remove the quarantine attribute from the libs so you can run.

Unicode.org has separated out the skin-tone emojis from the main "mega list". This update should add them back into the mix.
