hanging case with MISE_JOBS=1 #8967

This mise.toml hangs when run as MISE_JOBS=1 mise run test:

[tasks.foo]
run = "echo foo"

[tasks.test]
run = [
    { task = "foo" },
    "echo bar",
]

I'm running a recent version of mise:

> mise --version
2026.4.5 macos-arm64 (2026-04-06)

This passes with mise 2026.4.8. Thanks for the fix!
