We switched to plugins by GradleX and thus do not need this patch any more. Thefore closing. |

Tested locally. Works. ("Internal" issue InAnYan/jabref#5).
One could add an additional configuration setting to enable/disable the feature to prevent temporary files to be created.I added the option
createCommandLineArgumentFileto enable the functionality explicitly (disabled as default).
