"First of all, there are no instructions on how to use it—no step-by-step for the software. Second, when we try to transcribe the voice, it doesn't record; it triggers an error. Even if the recording is under 30 seconds, it always claims the limit has been exceeded. Even at 20 seconds, it says it passed the 30-second mark.

When I manually upload the file in MP3 or other formats, the following happens: the audio file and the transcription are uploaded, but it fails to save, throwing an HTTP Error 500. So, why publish software if you aren't going to provide support? What are we, the users, supposed to do? Why promise so much if you aren't going to deliver on anything?"
