Now updated verbose to be a flag in the argument parser. This means it now only needs to appear as a flag in command for it to enable verbose logging. It does not require 'true' to be included.

Additionally, v3 will be out in the next few months. This will require macOS 10.15+ and as such will drop support for the NSUserNotifications API.
But may allow us to address some of the outstanding issues.
