The EE10 release notes need to make it explicit that the module-info.class files in the specification API jars are not standard features and have no requirements in terms of compatibility testing at either the signature test or TCK levels. They are merely convinces for EE users exploring JPMS functionality. EE10 explicitly deferred any discussion of JPMS requirements in run-times because there was no general agreement that this should even exist.
