Investigating Refresh Button Issue

Root cause: isLoading from tRPC's useQuery is only true during the initial load (no cached data). During a refetch(), React Query sets isFetching = true but keeps isLoading = false. So after the first load, clicking Refresh calls refetch() but shows no visual feedback — the button never entered its loading state.

Fix (2 files):

src/renderer/hooks/use-wallpapers.ts — destructure and return isFetching from the tRPC query
src/renderer/components/wallpaper/wallpaper-grid.tsx — pass isFetching instead of isLoading to GridHeader's isLoading prop

Now the refresh button shows the spinner and is disabled during refetches, giving proper visual feedback.
