System: KDE Wayland via Nix Flake (problems on flatpak too.)

If you simply enable the tray and reopen the app, the window opens but fails to load anything and no tray is provided in the process. Combining all tray options doesn't even show the window anymore via launcher unless you reset the settings ~/.var/app/com.xyz/ or ~/.config/Linux Wallpaper Engine/

Going further on that, I think #16 is not being done correctly either. Trying to open the app after those tray issues duplicates tons of linux-wallpaper-engine processes running in parallel with the flatpak, and electron processes via the nix flake.

Even autostart is still broken. The manual changes I made for the flatpak in #14 worked, why not include them? As for the nix flake autostart, its a huge log generated by KDE:
