I ran this patch against our integration tests on the Cloud SQL Auth Proxy where we start listeners in various combinations (mac, linux, windows, using unix and tcp listeners on each os), and confirmed it worked. See GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-sql-proxy@70b0bab and the integration test where we try to connect with a Unix socket on Windows. |
