We're pretty reactive when uv gets updated to update our environment, but prek tends to update the uv version a bit in a delayed way, which breaks our prek jobs in CI where redownloading uv on the spot is not possible.

Does prek use any uv API which is that unstable to demand a hard right bound on its version?
