每隔一个随机间隔，在水平速度和垂直速度上分别添加一个随机值，来模拟施加了一个大小和方向随机的力。
并在右下角角标处添加一个 link (“自走模式”)，用来清除和设置 timer，即关闭和启用随机施力。
目前数值设置上比较随意，在 [500ms~1500ms] 的间隔后，在垂直速度上增加 [-75~+75]，在水平速度上增加 [-100~+100]
