The packages/streams review is fully shipped (Stages 0/1/3 in #1455/#1458/#1459, Stages 4-7 in #1479; Stage 2 deliberately abandoned). Delete the now-stale task record and drop the dangling tasks/streams-review-fixes.md pointers from the regression-test comments (the finding ids + PRs in git history are the record).
