- Enhanced all public function and struct documentation with detailed descriptions
- Added comprehensive unit tests covering all CRUD operations and edge cases
- Created supporting test data files for error scenarios and import operations
- Improved test coverage for NewJsonForm, Create, Delete, GetByName, Import methods
- Added proper error handling tests for not found scenarios
- Tests follow existing codebase patterns and conventions
