Vim syntax file for irssi configuration files

If you use Vundle, add the following to your .vimrc:

Plugin isundil/vim-irssi-syntax

Then run from command-line:

vim +PluginInstall

If you are not using vundle, download ftdetect and syntax directories in your ~/.vim directory.
