What Version of Istio and Kubernetes are you using, where did you get Istio from, Installation details

this is an an openshift installed done with oc cluster up

What happened:
graphana and service graph dont display any data though the mesh is properly installed ( routerules do work for instance)

What you expected to happen:
data displayer for microservices

How to reproduce it:
deploy 0.2.2 release and run the bookapp sample app
