Describe the feature request

The Policies and Telemetry WG and the Tech. Oversight Committee voted to approve the replacement of Service Graph with Kiali. See the proposal document here

This issue is to document this feature request.

As per the proposal document, some things that need to get done for the initial implementation of this feature request are as follows:

• Add to Istio Ansible ([Ansible Installer] bump up kiali version to v0.8 #9069 (merged))
• Add to Istio Helm Chart ([Helm Installer] upgrade kiali and enable it in demo yamls #9084 (merged))
• Add to Istio demo yamls ([Helm Installer] upgrade kiali and enable it in demo yamls #9084 (merged))
• Add Kiali to gateway/virtual service in the telemetry-gateway (Add a gw/vs for kiali #8971 (merged))
• Make a note in the existing Service Graph README to indicate it is deprecated (Deprecate Servicegraph. #9094 (merged))
• New version of Kiali was released - we want to install that version (install the latest Kiali version v0.9 #9230 (merged))
• Add Kiali Task to Istio documentation and deprecate Service Graph Task docs (Add Kiali Task to istio.io istio.io#2715) (merged)
