Description

Most users' Kubo can reliably advertise their data into the Amino DHT without requiring excessive upfront or spiky resources as required by the Accelerated DHT Client today.

Note: create a benchmark for how many CIDs can be advertised to the Amino DHT from a default Kubo node and how that compares to the number of CIDs in datasets like kiwix english wikipedia, XKCD, etc.
