Additional Notes For Uncorf session:

@diasdavid seams okay with allowing a multibase prefix on CidV0. At least on what @lgierth told me from his brief conversion.

@whyrusleeping wants to first output base32 by default. Either using the version 0 prefix or just taking on the multibase prefix. The reason for this is because it works with the existing code. @kevina thinks that the javascript code should just be modified. He also considers the fact that CidV0 can not take a multibase prefix a break in the abstraction.

@kevina want's to emphases that the CidV1 migration can come later. For now lets just get everything in base 32, including CidV0! A lot of people want this!

@kevina we should also decide what multibase version of base32 to use. @kevina recommends base32 or b using lowercase letters. See https://github.com/multiformats/multibase for a list of multibase formats.
