[Tracking issue] port examples from js-ipfs

The tracking issue for porting issues over from ipfs-examples/js-ipfs-examples is here: https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/43

The work was originally started in the ipfs/helia repo and there isn't first class-support for transferring issues between github organizations.

This will close when https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/43 closes.
