Remove engines-strict and update package.json->engines when we fully support versions as specified in https://github.com/ipfs/ipfs-webui/blob/5ab483939e475e4a3ecd31f025f480526323b648/README.md?plain=1#L31-L38

	#### A Note on NodeJS support
	We will only support even numbered nodejs versions that are classified in one of the following release statuses:

	* Current (Support = P1)
	* Active LTS (Support = P0)
	* Maintenance LTS (Support = P2)

	See https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/ for more information about which versions have which release statuses.
