Goals
Provide a direct interface to IPLD prime based tools for reading and writing DAGs
Implementation
Add a NodeAPI that is essentially the go-fetcher's FetcherConfig NewSession method plus the DagWritingService defined in go-dagwriter.
For Discussion
I have no idea what to name this -- I called it Node just cause it works with IPLD nodes. Open to suggestions.
