This repository was archived by the owner on Apr 7, 2026. It is now read-only.
It used to have quite a consistent amount of development/releases, but this has noticeably disappeared in recent months.
Bug reports largely (completely?) go unanswered by maintainers and we constantly have to keep bumping ours to stop them from auto-closing as stale while waiting for a response. Looking at Pulse, every bug closed in the last month was auto-closed or the original reporter closed it with a "figured it out myself".
Notifee went open-source in 2021 with the CTO stating:
Invertase has grown significantly to the point where we can now sustainably continue in the upkeep of Notifee,
at our own expense
Is this no longer the case?
I do like Notifee, we paid a license fee for it before it went open-source, and would like to continue using it but I'm trying to work out if our company needs to start looking at other options for our RN apps' notifications.
Hi there, is Notifee still being maintained?
