With this PR, we can select now select more than one camera to stream from DBReader. Before it was one camera or all of them, now we can select cameras 0 and 2 for example. It is also possible to re-order the stitched cameras by setting "2 1 0" for example (reverse order).
If the features are also streamed, they will be moved to right new camera index of the stitched image.
rtabmap-reprocess (
-cam #option) and Preferences->Source->Database have been updated.
