Resolves #2921

Before the change?

  • After the go-github v77 update there is no projects support

After the change?

  • There is now project items support
  • The provider is now at go-github v79

Details

Convert/Replace projects to projects v2

Project items resources

  • Add project items
  • Deprecate project cards
  • Make org project read-only
  • Deprecate project column
