I am not sure how this would work with terraform, since because of the authentication I don't think there could be a create or destroy action for an organisation (you need specify org in the provider config). That's why I named the proposed resource github_organization_settings rather than github_organization.

It would be really great if we could version control and manage the settings for our github organisation with terraform, with the ability to change all the settings in this api:
