+ move requirements.txt from ./docs to ./ dir for a shorter path; update path in installations.md and circleci/config.yml + utils.plot.draw_lalo_label(): add notes on x/yoffset for its intended usage + utils.utils1.update_template_file(): handle value2seach inside if check, to avoid unnecessary running
