• sensor:

  • add NISAR L-band SAR: only a few parameters from handbook
  • add altitude value for all sensors
  • add range_pixel_size for ALOS stripmap

• utils.utils0.py: add is_number()

• view: YYYY-MM-DD style subplot title for py2-mintpy TS file
