Minor patch release for folks seeing errors like the following when importing our v0.34.25 release as a Go dependency:

no required module provides package github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec; to add it:
	go get github.com/btcsuite/btcd/btcec

This release attempts to resolve that issue.
