The release notes on both GitHub and the influxdata website are wonky.

• Github release notes (https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/releases/tag/v2.3.0) include links to commits which no longer exist.
• Influxdata release notes (https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb/v2.3/reference/release-notes/influxdb/) lists v2.3 twice, and doesn't list v2.2 - presumably the second v2.3 is meant to be v2.2? But the date there doesn't match the GitHub release, so not too sure what's going on.
