较新版本（大概18年）的 KDE 不再对 Frameless 窗口绘制阴影。更准确的说 Frameless 窗口在 KDE 上没有任何窗口装饰。
这个 PR 判断当前环境是否为 KDE, 如果是则使用 CSS 绘制窗口装饰。
