The unexpected cfg condition compiler warning highlighted that `uom` macros would generate documentation tests dependent on `uom`-specific features in third-party crates. The new `doc_example!` macro generates a rust documentation test code block or an ignored rust code block depending on if the macro is called from the `uom` crate with the `si` and `f32` features enabled.
