This PR the ability to calculate the imatrix for GGUFs where the
ffn_up_expsandffn_gate_expstensors have been merged. Not sure if this is a common thing yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does become common, so here we are.@ubergarm
Oh, computing the imatrix still requires
-no-fmoe -no-fug.
