Description of changes proposed in this pull request.
This PR adds a section to the new README for Nextcloud about the main parts of the Nextcloud suite (Files, Talk, and Groupware) and will explain what each of these parts does and why they're useful.
The marketing copy used on the Nextcloud website is heavily targeted at enterprise customers looking for an on-premise cloud solution, so we should write completely new copy in this section that addresses the needs of IIAB customers like off-grid schools and hospitals.
This PR also changes the section headings to level-2 headings.
