Just a nit, sticky is ignored when error = true, but I think that is the default behavior for error notifications. On testing, it tripped me up since I tested with error=true, sticky=false.

But I suppose that is the way to show error notifications, one could consider flash_error_message_display_seconds = 0 later maybe.
