Items.dat encoder for the Growtopia_ItemsDatReader outputted files.

Put the item_defs.txt file in the exe's base folder, then take items_uncompressed.dat and compress it using compress_items.dat.py from the base directory of the project. You should now have an items.dat file you can use for your pleasures.
