Reaper now runs on linux and WDL/Swell has GDK support

It shouldn't be hard to make the stand-alone app run with Linux and to then implement LV2 support. there are two branches for this with the beginnings of the work, but I could do with help from someone who uses Linux more regularly.

IGraphicsLinux is the main thing that needs implementing, possibly using SWELL GDK support
