Causes:
Encode/Decodemacros does not passtrivial_numeric_castslint paritytech/parity-scale-codec#740cargo updatein the root workspace, the errors withtrivial_numeric_castswill appear. They appear on both3.6and3.7versions ofparity-scale-codecwasm/Cargo.lockis not tracked by VCS, thus Cargo gathers most up-to-date deps forwasmworkspace
