Thank you for this work! I might remove the new permission--the Client API permissions have been getting crazily overloaded recently and I think I want to rework the whole thing in the nearish future. |

It's basic implementation. Just give the list on GET and allow
add,removeoperation on POSTSince favourite tags are not attached to tag domain I do not think about returning tag match count
