Bug description and reproduction

Rule34.xxx Subscriptions seem to be yielding a lot of captcha errors now, absolutely blasting my logs with huge strings of text and preventing subscriptions from grabbing files effectively. It doesn't completely stop them from working, but they sit idle most of the time due to too many serious errors or limited bandwidth reports. I'm not running a VPN.

Setting useragent and browser cookies from hydrus companion didn't seem to do much to alleviate this.

replication: create a rule34.xxx subscription and let it run for a while. You'll eventually run into bandwidth/captcha errors.

This conveniently started a while ago after i blacklisted the ai_generated tag in the default import options. Perhaps it's scrubbing through excluded items too fast and flagging me as a bot? Unless rule34 has just started cracking down more on downloaders lately.
