A method for dealing with shortcuts directly or one for accessing the import/export functionality of shortcuts through the API.

I want to use the API to set up searches that does a search on a tag that's present on some tag services (PTR and my tags in this case) but excludes all results that have the tag on another (curated being a service I use for tags I have confirmed to be true).

So if I could use the API to also set tag shortcuts for removing from and adding to services that would make things a lot less cumbersome.
