It would be nice, if conditions written by HydPy would contain information about the time stamp they correspond to (e.g. simply in the comment header).

For 'normal' simulation runs this is mostly obvious, but in the context of optimization/assimilation runs or in the context of operational forecasting often the same model configuration is used for multiple simulation time ranges and output conditions of one run may be input conditions for another run.

So having this information within the condition files would help a lot when setting up / debugging these type of configurations.
