Looking great! I added instructions on how to uninstall and reformatted some sections. I think we can keep this README in the xet-core repo, and also pull the instructions into https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/xet/using-xet-storage and then sprinkle pointers/high-level comments about |

Updated installation instructions for macOS and Linux, removed Linux-specific installation section, and corrected the product name in Windows uninstallation instructions.
