If the field-value is a list of entity-tags, the condition is false if
none of the listed tags match the entity-tag of the selected representation.

This sentence describes cases where the selected representation exists and has an entity-tag. Shall we also specify that "if the selected representation does not exist or does not have an entity-tag, then the condition is false"?
