Timing-Allow-Originis labeled under "security" on MDN ref. This moves it to http-types' security submodule.However since it's then no longer contextual I've renamed
AllowOrigintoTimingAllowOriginandOrigintoTimingOrigin. Unfortunately there is no canonical single "Origin" spec for HTTP so namespacing it that way seemed like the right thing to do.
