This PR updates the
refin the template configuration. Therefnow dynamically points to the versioned branch (e.g.,v0.15) in thehonojs/starterrepository based on thecreate-honopackage version. If the corresponding branch does not exist in thehonojs/starterrepository, it will throw an error in the GitHub Actions workflow.
